1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 90jili platform and all services provided under it. These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User") and 90jili ("Platform" or "we"). Browsing the 90jili website, creating an account, or taking part in any game or betting activity will be considered acceptance of these Terms.
This document may be available in both English and Bengali. However, in the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bengali version will take precedence.
1.1 Definitions
In these Terms, the following words are used with the meanings given below:

- "User" means any person registered on the Platform.
- "Account" means a user's personal registration profile.
- "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka.

1.2 Applicability

2. Membership and Account
To register on 90jili, the user must provide accurate and complete information. 90jili reserves the right to close any account created with false information at any time.
2.1 Account Registration Requirements
- Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found for the same person, all of them will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
- The correct name, mobile number and date of birth must be provided at registration.
- The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Passwords must not be shared with anyone.
- If any unauthorised use of the account is detected, the support team must be notified immediately.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
90jili follows an identity verification process to ensure a safe and transparent environment. Users may be required to submit a copy of their national identity card or passport before withdrawing or for large transactions. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.
2.3 Account Security
The user is responsible for all activity on their account. Transferring or lending an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
If unusual activity is detected on an account, 90jili may temporarily suspend it for security purposes and the user will be notified.
3. Age Limit and Eligibility
All 90jili services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Participation by minors in gambling and betting activities is strictly prohibited.
3.1 Age Verification
- At registration, the user must declare that they are 21 years of age or older.
- If a user is found to be under 21, their account will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.
- 90jili may request documents for age verification at any time.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions
The user must confirm that participating in online gaming or betting from their location does not violate local law. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their jurisdiction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Designated payment methods must be used for transactions on 90jili. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.1 Deposits
Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank).
Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please notify the support team.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
- Completed identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit — this is a proven measure to prevent money laundering.
- Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
4.3 Source of Funds
The user must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are not connected to any illegal activity. If money laundering or fraud is detected, legal action will be taken and the relevant authorities will be notified.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
90jili offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own conditions, which must be read before claiming.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.
Example: Depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.
5.2 Other Promotions
- Weekly 90jili Reload Festival: 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000. Wagering 18x. Minimum deposit ৳300. Can be claimed once per week on any day.
- 90jili Friday Slot Blast: 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000. Wagering 20x. Minimum deposit ৳300. Automatically added when you deposit in the slots section every Friday.
- Live Table Special Reward: 40% deposit bonus, up to ৳6,000. Wagering 22x. Minimum deposit ৳300. Must be activated by contacting support.
- 90jili Birthday Gift: Reward up to ৳1,500, wagering 15x. Verified members receive this once a year during their birthday month.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- The specified wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
- Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the list of eligible games will be on the promotions page.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- If a bonus is used for fraudulent purposes, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
- 90jili reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90jili platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure, balance forfeiture and legal action.
6.1 Fraud and Deception
- Creating an account using a false identity or fake documents.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
- Placing bets with the systematic intent to exploit the bonus system.
- Attempting to damage the platform through hacking, viruses or any other technical means.
6.2 Money Laundering
90jili follows strict policies to prevent money laundering. If suspicious transactions are detected, the relevant account will be suspended and the appropriate authorities will be informed.
6.3 Other Prohibited Actions
- Selling or transferring an account to another person.
- Using bots or automated software to place bets.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes.
- Presenting oneself as an employee or representative of the platform.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
90jili reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the circumstances listed below.
7.1 Grounds for Suspension
- Temporary suspension for investigation if there is suspicion of a breach of any provision of the Terms.
- Security suspension in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.
- Suspension at the user's own request for a break or self-exclusion.
7.2 Grounds for Termination
- Evidence of multiple account use.
- Evidence of false identity or fraud.
- Evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
- If the user is found to be under 21 years of age.
7.3 Closure Initiated by the User
If a user wishes to close their account, they may submit a request through the support team. Before closure, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, provided there are no restrictions on that balance.
8. Limitation of Liability
90jili strives to maintain its platform and services to the highest standard. However, the platform's liability is limited in certain circumstances.
8.1 Technical Issues
90jili will not be liable for any loss caused by internet outages, server problems or third-party software. However, decisions on cancelling game results and refunding bets will be made in the event of such issues.
8.2 Gaming Risk
Participation in gaming and betting activities is voluntary and the user decides for themselves. 90jili is not liable for any losses. The risk of losing wagered funds rests entirely with the user.
The user acknowledges that profit is not guaranteed by participating in gambling or betting activities.
8.3 Third Parties
90jili's platform uses third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution) and payment methods. 90jili is not directly responsible for the operations of these third parties.
